Julie is our lead trainer and has been working with dogs since 2001. She started her career as a volunteer with several local rescues and shelters turning unruly dogs into loving companion animals. In 2008 she made the switch from training as a hobby to training as a profession. After completing an apprenticeship program, Julie has continued her education by attending various seminars, webinars, behavior courses and is currently studying Canine Communication Studies. Julie is the Regional Director for the IPDTA.

 

 

 

Ray is an integral part of Rocky Mountain Dog Training. He is frequently enlisted to play the part of "the stranger" during Constructional Aggression Treatment exercises and has a remarkable way with helping dogs work through their fears and insecurities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bunny and her dog Squaw (pictured) have participated for years in Agility competitions. As a team, they have earned: First Level UKC championship UAG1, Titles in AKC: NA, NAJ, OA, OAJ, competing at excellent level. Rally: RE. Obedience: CD, CGC. Bunny is an amazing handler, and fantastic teacher. We are grateful to have her as a member of the Rocky Mountain Dog Training Team.

 

 

 

Titus is as much a part of the team as any of the humans. He is about as non-threatening as they come and frequently assists in training exercises. Titus is always a goof, and incredibly good-natured. He's always willing to help scared dogs see that it's okay to trust.

 

 

 

Gage frequently heads out with the team for pack walks and is a living proof of the drastic changes a dog can go through when given a little guidance, love and training. Gage is Julie's inspiration to help as many dogs as she possibly can during her lifetime.

 

 

 

 

 

Aiden is currently in training but can be seen occasionally on pack walks with the gang.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rex is the newest addition to the Rocky Mountain Dog Training team, joining the group with Bunny Eisele and is currently in training and acting as demo dog for Rally Obedience.
